Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit of 40% of the total tour cost is received.
The remaining balance must be paid to the tour start date.
Customers must provide accurate information at the time of booking, including names, contact information, and any special requirements on our Booking Form
Payments can be made via credit card, Bank transfer, online payment platforms on this website and at the our Main Office during your start date of the Tour if you have paid the the 40% deposits

No refunds will be provided for customers who do not arrive on the scheduled tour date. This is due to the Expenses during preparation of your Booking while considering your Options
Yes, your reserve then Right to cancel your Trip due some circumstances But No Refund for your cancellations will be dues to expenses occured preparing your Booking in Time
Full Refund or Reschedule Option if the company cancels due to circumstances such as Political Instabilities, safety concerns, or low participation
Our minimum age for grade 3 rafting is 12 years and for grade 5 rafting is 14 years.
It is your duty to inform us of any medical condition that may affect your rafting trip. It is extremely unlikely that a medical condition or injury will stop you from rafting but we do want to know what we're dealing with before we get out on the river.
Date or participant changes can be requested up to 15 days prior to the tour start date.
The company will make efforts to accommodate special requests But cannot guarantee availability for all requests.
